Top service, friendly lads with what seems like vast experience and they work well together. Came, took great care and were done in no time at all. Hopefully I don’t need another windscreen replacement but if I do I know where I’ll go. Also a third of the price of other companies I looked at and all at my home.

Spoke to Mike this week about my windscreen after having it damaged from debris coming off a lorry. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and genuine with his communication. There aren't a lot of businesses who will take the time to call you back with quotations etc. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Mike to anyone who needs a quick and independent service.

Absolutely fantastic service from ML Windscreens! I chipped my windscreen yesterday, and by 1pm today they had come directly to my home and supplied and fitted a brand-new windscreen right on my driveway. Fast, reliable, professional and very, very affordable. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Thank you Mike and Harry. Car was criminally damaged so rang on Thursday, Mike called out with Harry the next morning and replaced the windscreen and vehicle side window. All done within an hour. Price was below other quotes too. Lovely lads. Won't hesitate to recommend them. Before and after pics below.

After 3 non productive attempts by myself to fix a leak in the back cab windscreen of my L 200 series 4 I finally got a contact for Mike at ML Windscreens. Mike obtained a new one-piece back windscreen and yesterday he and his son replaced the 3 piece power windscreen with the new one-piece. It took 3 hours. That evening we had a massive downpour. Not a drop...TOP JOB...all ye frustrated L 200 owners with the same problem....give Mike a call.

ML windscreens were recommended through Facebook by a few people, after 1 phone call he was able to fit me in the next day! The service didn’t feel rushed regardless of how last minute it was and both the men were absolutely lovely! They taped it up lovely for me while I went shopping and were fully supportive with advice etc, I’m really glad I went with them and highly recommend! Thanks again! Xx

I would highly recommend this company for your replacement glass for your vehicle,they came out at short notice to replace the seal for my windscreen,they were unable to do it due to adverse weather conditions but came back early the next morning and got the job done. Much appreciated thank you

I was very impressed with getting intouch and arriving to do my windscreen . They were both polite friendly and knew what the were both doing . They were a great team. My car was a skoda yeti 4x4 heated windscreen. They sailed through the removing of the heated windscreen to finish with a excellent finish. Very happy customer from Bishop Auckland . Really really can’t recommend enough, called late on Thursday looking for a price, was able to be done for an amazing price, came on Friday morning and fitted before 10 am, I had been looking at another company who were going to charge me nearly 3x the price! Really couldn’t reccomend enough and such lovely guys that came out 👍

Cannot fault this company asked for a quote with in minutes I got a phone call took all my details and came the next day and fitted my new windscreen , heated and rain sensors, cracking price kept me upto date with courtesy text messages and phone calls when he was coming, highly recommend 110%

Exceptional service today from ML windscreens. Called in Tuesday for the repair on my BMW and Mike had the part ordered instantly, his staff came to me for installation Thursday. Didn’t take long at all and the two men who came were very professional, also cleaned up after themselves, left the drive and front of the car spotless. I contacted Mike briefly out of urgency as my father had encountered debris hitting his windscreen off the motorway after dropping me at the airport . He was more the accommodating in helping me over the phone- taking car reg details and the opportunity to fit the repair in at shirt notice HOWEVER he suggested we contact our insurance company first who may have been able to complete the job quicker My father did contact the insurance company who did provide a quicker fix but i feel Mike deserves the credit as he went above and beyond on that call to help and suggest alternative options and he wasn't gaining any work - he was genuinely helping and he took invaluable time out to do so Thank you again -

A ratchet strap hit my windscreen on the motorway and left me stranded on the hard shoulder. Ringing round for local fitters in the area I had no luck at all... I rang Mike and he left Bishop Auckland to travel 3 hours 30 mins to replace my windscreen in the services.
